Returns and Refunds Policy

1. No Returns for Custom Products

All prints are custom-made, so returns are not accepted.

According to Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, custom-made products are not eligible for the standard 14-day withdrawal period.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your print arrives damaged, follow these steps:

Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Send photos of the damage and packaging via email.

Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

 

3. Wrong or Missing Orders

If you receive the wrong print or an incomplete order, contact us within 2 days.

We will correct the mistake and send a replacement.


4. Refunds

Refunds are only provided if a replacement is not possible.

Refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
