Returns and Refunds Policy
1. No Returns for Custom Products
• All prints are custom-made, so returns are not accepted.
• According to Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, custom-made products are not eligible for the standard 14-day withdrawal period.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your print arrives damaged, follow these steps:
• Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
• Send photos of the damage and packaging via email.
• Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
3. Wrong or Missing Orders
• If you receive the wrong print or an incomplete order, contact us within 2 days.
• We will correct the mistake and send a replacement.
4. Refunds
• Refunds are only provided if a replacement is not possible.
• Refunds are processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
